Incentive Program

The Paideia Institute is committed to supporting the continuing education and enrichment of Latin and Greek teachers who take their students to Italy and Greece with Paideia Classical Tours.  Through the Classical Tours incentive program, teachers can earn full scholarships for themselves or their students to participate in Padieia's independent summer programs and in a number of other programs and conferences.

Society for Classical Studies

The Society for Classical Studies, formerly the American Philological Association, is the leading professional organization of North American classicists. The annual joint Society for Classical Studies and Archaeological Institute of America meeting brings together classicists and archaeologists from the US and abroad. 

Teachers who use Paideia Classical Tours are eligible for scholarships for conference registration and accommodation to attend the annual meeting. For more information, visit the Society for Classical Studies website.

Classical Association of the Midwest and South

The Classical Association of the Middle West and South is a professional organization composed of classics professors, students, and K-12 teachers. 

Teachers who use Paideia Classical Tours are eligible for scholarships for conference registration and accommodation to attend the annual meeting of the Classical Association of the Middle West and South. For more information, visit the association's website.

Institute for Latin Studies at the University of Kentucky

Professors Terence Tunberg and Milena Minkova of the University of Kentucky Institute for Latin Studies are leading experts in active Latin. Their Conventicula Latina, week-long full Latin immersion seminars, are held in Lexington, KY and Dickinson, PA and are open to beginning and advanced Latin speakers. 

Teachers who use Paideia Classical Tours are eligible for full scholarships to attend the Conventicula Latina in both Lexington and Dickinson.

S.A.L.V.I., The North American Institute for Living Latin Studies

SALVI’s mission is to propagate communicative approaches to Latin language acquisition. SALVI hosts summer rusticationes, week-long Latin immersion experiences at the beautiful Claymont Estate in West Virginia. 

Teachers who use Paideia Classical Tours are eligible for full scholarships to SALVI's rusticationes and other programs. For more information, visit the SALVI website

The American Classical League

The American Classical League is a professional organization dedicated to promoting the study of classical languages at all levels in the United States and Canada.
